Turtles and lizards and snakes oh my! Today we learned all about different types of animals. We enjoyed petting the turtles and tortoise. We learned about pythons and blue tongue lizards. One of our favorites was petting the bunny at the end of the show!

This week we celebrated Read Across America! Each day we read a different story and focused on a different author. On Monday we wore red and white for Dr. Seuss, Tuesday we wore our favorite colors and read the Rainbow Fish, Wednesday we wore our pajamas and read the Napping House, Thursday we wore green and read the Very Hungry Caterpillar and Friday we read It's Okay to Make Mistakes and wore blue and gold for school spirit.

Today is our first day back from Winter Break and a celebration of the 100th day of school! Each class searched the school to find 10 sets of different colored balloons. There was a total of 100 balloons! We also enjoyed the warmer weather and played outside!
