Wrapping Up a Wonderful School Year
As another incredible school year comes to a close, we want to congratulate all of our Lawrence Primary School students on a year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories. We are so proud of the hard work, perseverance, kindness, and enthusiasm our students have shown every day.
As summer begins, we encourage our students to keep learning by reading great books, writing about their adventures, asking thoughtful questions, and spreading kindness wherever they go.
We wish all of our families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer vacation. We can't wait to welcome everyone back in September for another amazing year!
Sweet Success for First Grade!

Congratulations to Ms. Arleo's first grade class for reaching an incredible milestone—completing 3,000 i-Ready lessons! To celebrate their outstanding achievement, students enjoyed a well-deserved ice cream party.
This accomplishment reflects months of hard work! Every lesson completed helped strengthen important reading skills and prepared these young learners for a successful transition into second grade. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can't wait to see them continue to shine next year!
Learning, Laughter, and End-of-Year Fun!
Surfing Samurai Visits Second Grade

Our second grade students enjoyed an exciting visit from the Surfing Samurai assembly, where they learned valuable lessons about perseverance. The assembly held special meaning as students had recently watched Ms. Maraglio's Reader's Theater Club perform their original play, The Gingerbread Surfer. The performance was dedicated to Austin Gibbons, son of Mrs. Gibbons, a dedicated second-grade teacher in the Lawrence School District. Austin was an inspiring surf instructor who shared his love of surfing and the ocean with children. His passion for encouraging young people and helping them build confidence made him a fitting inspiration for this surfing-themed story.
Together, the Surfing Samurai assembly and The Gingerbread Surfer reminded students that with courage, determination, and kindness, they can overcome challenges, support one another, and ride the waves of learning.
Camp Lucky Duck Comes to Life

Ms. Brown's class brought Camp Lucky Duck to the school courtyard for some outdoor fun and friendly competition! Students cheered one another on during exciting duck races! It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of a fantastic school year while creating memories that are sure to last all summer long.
Senior Clap Out
The final day of school was made even more special as graduating seniors returned to Lawrence Primary School for a heartfelt Senior Clap Out. As they walked through the halls where their educational journey first began, our students, teachers, and staff lined the hallways to cheer, clap, and celebrate their incredible achievement of graduating from high school.
The celebration came full circle as the seniors then lined the hallways to applaud our Lawrence Primary School students as they exited the building for the final time this school year. It was a meaningful moment that connected past and present, reminding our youngest learners that with hard work and determination, they too can achieve their dreams. We are so proud of the graduating seniors and wish them continued success as they begin their next chapter!
