The university will confer honorary degrees at the commencement ceremony.
Retain- to keep in possession
The football team was able to retain possession of the ball after the fumble.
Key Club
The Key Club will be collecting Non-Perishable food items right up until November 24th. Please donate to help the Lawrence community during Thanksgiving. There will be a collection box set up in the main lobby. Students can receive community service for donations. Any questions please see Mr Ravo or Mr Ziff.
Winter Sports
Winter Sports start today! All athletes must be registered on Final Forms and have an updated physical in order to play. Girls Basketball & Wrestling start at 3pm. Boys Basketball starts at 5pm Indoor Track starts tomorrow at 3pm Check in with the Athletics Office if you have any questions.
Drama Club
(Drum roll please!!!!) The Drama Club invites you to “You’re Invited,” our showcase happening tomorrow, November 20th at 7 PM in the auditorium! Step into the party, hustle, and bustle of New York City — with music, dancing, and big city energy lighting up the stage. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults, and will be on sale Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during lunch periods. Don’t miss the first show of the year everyone will be talking about! See you then!

Attention All Football Players and Interested Students Weight training begins this week in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Lawrence High School Fitness Center. Guidance
A representative from Monroe University will be visiting our school today, November 19 during period 6. Students who are interested in learning more about Monroe or thinking about applying are encouraged to attend. The college visit will be held in the library on the second floor.
