The school board formed a commission to review the district’s homework policy.

Volunteers from the community cleaned up the park after the storm.

The percipient movie critic understood the subplot of the film.
Multicultural Club
The Multi Cultural Club will be starting off strong this year. Join the fun by coming to room 222 every Wednesday starting tomorrow.
Guidance Office
A representative from SUNY Old Westbury will be visiting our school on Thursday, November 13th during period 4. Students who are interested in learning more about Old Westbury or thinking about applying are encouraged to attend. The college visit will be held in the library on the second floor.
Key Club
The Key Club will be collecting Non-Perishable food items right up until November 24th. Please donate to help the lawrwence community during Thanksgiving. There will be a collection box set up in the main lobby. Student can receive community service for donations. Any questions please see Mr Ravo or Mr Ziff
Wrestling
There will be an important Wrestling meeting this Wednesday, November 12th, directly after school in room 117.
Boys Varsity Volleyball
Congratulations to the Boys Volleyball team on their 3-0 sweep of Great Neck North. The boys now move on to County Semi-Finals. The game is tomorrow, Tuesday at Nassau Community College. Game time is 10:00 am. YOU CAN NOT purchase tickets at the game. You have to go to GoFan.com to purchase tickets. AGAIN, YOU CAN NOT BUY TICKETS at the gate. GoFan.com is the site to buy tickets
