In her debate, she used sound logic to support her arguments effectively.
The edge or border of something also refers to the difference between two amounts or the amount by which something is won or lost. The project was completed on time, but it was finished with only a small margin for error.
Math Mentors
Math Mentors will meet for 2 sessions the week before midterms to give students extra opportunities to get ready for midterm week. That means Math Mentors will meet Monday January 13 and Wednesday January 15 before midterms. New Mentors and Mentees are always welcome to this club!
Sophomore Class
Attention all sophomores. Interested in going on a trip to Urban Air trampoline park? Fill out the Google form on your class's instagram account, find an officer for the link, or scan the QR code on the posters posted around the building. Forms for the trip will be coming out soon.
Virtual Enterprise
Congratulations to Tornado Watch, the Lawrence High School virtual enterprise class, on their performance at yesterday’s New York State Northeast Region Business Plan Competition and Trade Show. Tornado Watch sold over $137,000 in cyber security protection plans. Tornado Watch also won a silver award in the category of Newsletter Competition. Congratulations to all students who participated at this wonderful event. Stop the hack, we got your back.
Latin American Club
There will be a Latin Club Meeting immediately after school on Wednesday, January 15 in room 103. Please make every effort to attend so that we can discuss plans for the upcoming trip and volunteer event.
Battle of the classes
Lawrence it is time for the battle of the classes! 2025! If you want to support your grade in this competition please sign up to buy a shirt. QR codes are in the hall. The event will be held on Thursday February 28. see you there!
