Key Club – Advisor – Ms. Swain
On April 9th there will be a PROM BOUTIQUE taking place at Nassau Community College. Seniors can shop for FREE for prom dresses and accessories. If you are interested, please see Ms. Swain in ROOM 300 to register.
LHS Key Club is still collecting "change for Ukraine" all donations will go to UNICEF to help children and families in Ukraine.  Collection boxes are at the library , front entrance desk, third floor classrooms , Ms. Levey's room and Ms. Swain's office -Room 300. All donations will be collected until April 13th.

Varsity Softball – Advisor – Mr. Supple
Congratulations to the Lawrence Varsity Softball Team on a hard fought 12-7 win over Valley Stream Central. Cynthia Saravia was 3 for 4 with 4 runs scored and Jayleen Aquino was 2 for 4 with 3 runs and 3 RBI, including a bases clearing triple in the 7th. Steph Vinas pitched 7 innings, striking out 10 to earn the victory. Lawrence is now 3 and 0 in league play
Vocational Careers Academy Life Skills Students
The Vocational Careers Academy/Life Skills Students will be selling “Spring Gifts” in the front lobby on Friday April 8th and Wednesday April 13th during 3rd and 6th periods. The students will be selling decorative Spring themed buckets that will contain sunflower seeds and Hershey’s kisses candy for $5. Two dollars out of every bucket sold will be given to UNICEF’s efforts to support the children of the Ukraine. Come on out and support the Vocational Careers Academy/Life Skills Students for this important Spring Sales event.
